Please note Hi Vis Plus only ships to Australia.
All items are sent via AUS POST PARCEL SERVICE.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery unless advised otherwise.
All Orders under $150 incur a $10.00 freight charge, however if the order exceeds $150 freight is free

Refund Policy

If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods.
You must provide your reason for the return and request a return authority (RA) number.
The RA must be clearly labelled on the outside of the returned goods parcel, and must be accompanied with a copy of the relevant invoice.
On receipt of returned goods they will be assessed for return issue.
On confirmation of this a credit will be issued or a replacement product forwarded.
Customer will incur the cost of return postage until items have been assessed as faulty/damaged.

Returns Policy

If you are returning goods please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Returns are only accepted if they need to be changed due to size or colour, not style.
We cannot accept returns if you change your mind.

Goods sent back for exchange are at the Customers expense and must have a paid return bag for replacement goods.
Goods returned need to be in the original packaging with all tags etc attached and be clearly resalable as brand new.
All returns must be received by Hi Vis Plus within 14 days of customer receiving the goods.
A 15% or a minimum of $20.00 restock fee may be charged on any returned goods. This will be advised on receipt of return request.
